There Will Be No Xbox 720 For 2012

By Aaron Howard

Rumors are running heavy with regards to the Xbox 720 and it is running in high gear. A ton of gamers and bloggers have been forecasting that the console will certainly making its common launch later on this year. However an advertising director for the Xbox brand name in France has verified that the console will certainly not be discharged this year.

This is a big contradiction since there are reports of Microsoft planning to unveil the Xbox 720 at the Electronic Entertainment Expo for a release in the second half of next year. There is speculation that the device will have a Blu-Ray drive and it will be equipped with an AMD 40 nanometer Radeon 6000 GPU processor.

The marketing director has made it clear that the console will not be released this year. It is believed that the Xbox 360 will still continue to live on. Whatever happens in the E3 will not likely involve any discussion of the next generation console. But it is a fact that there will not be a 720 release this year. But on the other hand, if you are into other consoles, Nintendo will be unveiling it Wii U, slated for a release on the second half of this year.

It has been stated that Microsoft's rival, Nintendo, will definitely be taking a different technique from exactly what Microsoft will definitely be taking. Nintendo thinks that it will definitely go on by having its success by having the Wii and it will definitely not make changes yet upgrades to make it appropriate and fun for the gamer. Microsoft will definitely go into an ingenious technique as it will definitely take into an entirely brand-new direction by having its brand-new Xbox.

By having the success that Microsoft is experiencing in its just recently discharged Xbox Kinect consoles, it is hard to believe that the production giant might turn the web page very quickly for yet another brand-new console.
