A Real and Complete Review of the Apple iPad2

By Jennifer Callea

Although Apple made a big splash when it introduced the iPad not long ago, it now offers some upgrades and additional features in its iPad2. There are some competing brand of tablet computers on the market, but so far Apple has managed to capture most of the attention in this field with the iPad. Let's look and see if there really are any real differences between the original iPad and the iPad2.

Apple is very popular, among other reasons, because its products are always lightweight and designed beautifully. Yet one complaint some people had regarding the original iPad was that it was bulky to carry around. So the iPad 2 is thinner and more compact, which is a significant improvement. iPads are, after all, supposed to be portable devices that people enjoy carrying around, using in cafes, planes and pretty much anywhere else they go. The iPad 2 weighs less than the original model, and while the difference is only about fifteen percent, even a difference this small is important when you carry something around with you all day. So, with the iPad 2, Apple has succeeded in creating a more compact and portable device.

The iPad 2 has HD cameras in both the front and back; the front lets you see your friend's face and the back is great for location photography if that is something in which you are interested. The Photo Booth app enables you to take snapshots of yourself as well as your friends with your iPad. Don't buy the iPad just for this feature though because it is also available on the iPhone and on Mac computers.

The original iPad didn't have a camera which caused some criticism and complaints. This was fixed with the iPad2 which now gives you two cameras, one in the back and one in the front. Some users may still be unsatisfied because unfortunately, they are not high quality cameras. The cameras are useful for taking basic shots or for talking to your friends with FaceTime, but don't expect to be able to take high quality photos or videos. On the other hand, since most mobile phones have cameras, and serious photographers will have their own cameras anyway, this might not be considered a serious flaw.

Before getting an iPad, you should consider what you'll be using it for and whether or not it's worth the investment. Many people love their iPads, while those who are disappointed are usually those who expect it to do things it wasn't really designed for.

It is plain to see how quickly this can be put into action and pretty much whenever you want. Not all you find about touchpads will be helpful all the time, and that is where your good groundwork will make a difference. It is less complicated than you think to read a specific thing that looks good, but it can be outdated. We feel the majority of people mean well on the web. You should also keep the following in mind because it will make a huge distinction for you.
